VISIONARY SOCIALPRENEUR ISSUES A CALL TO ACTION IN THE LAUNCH OF HER THOUGHT-PROVOKING NEW WEBINAR SERIES

‘Are We Really What We Eat?…Food for Thought’ Includes 20 Interviews with Makers of Positive Change with Practical Solutions to Build Healthy Communities and a Healthier Planet

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. (MARCH 14, 2023)

Hon’s Healthy Kitchen today announced its new webinar series ‘Are We Really What We Eat?…Food for Thought’ [AWRWWE]. Its mission is twofold–to raise awareness that the health of our planet depends on the health of our natural world; and to model the steps we must actively take to ensure Mother Earth remains healthy.

Honie Ann Peacock, founder of Hon’s Healthy Kitchen and the creator of the new webinar series states, “Our health is determined not only by what we put directly into our mouths but what we breathe, what we hear, see, absorb through our pores and consume through our brains. My passion in creating AWRWWE was and is to create awareness around the bigger concept of ‘eating’…of consuming…knowing that we each possess the ‘positive change gene’. By starting with our own families and communities we can be the spark that ignites a healthier world all the way up the chain of life. AWRWWE is about hope and empowerment that each of us can make a difference in a world filled with daunting challenges to a healthy future for our children and our planet.”

Season 1 includes 20 episodes of in-person interviews with thought leaders each leading the charge toward a healthier physical and energetic body, community, and planet; modelling changes we each can make in our day-to-day lives that are part of the solution. Topics include the interconnected web & flow of life, forest bathing [Shinrin-Yoku,], transforming a traditional preschool into a forest school, cooking foods kids will love, taking nutrition from farm to classroom, Chinese medicine, Western herbalism, foraging, food waste, regenerative farming, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, and more.

Available for the purchase price of $79, Season 1 allows for streaming of every episode on Vimeo and includes bonus videos, recipes and gifts from presenters. To purchase Season 1, or to become a sponsor or supporter of ‘Are We Really What We
